Great day, Chariots for Hire are on our way to http://www.rtbrelay.com/ . Wonderful group of guys that have ran together for several years, triathletes too. We have been working on this gig for one year. Finally the time has arrived. We left Guelph at 5:30 AM, Thursday, September 17, 2009. It is a 10 hour drive from Guelph to Franconia, New Hampshire, USA where the race begins. There are over 400 teams comprised of over 4,000 runners.

We are ranked the # 1 team from Canada, # 1 40 / 50 year "young" team and 12th overall.

We will be spending the first night in Franconia with the New Balance team, one of the top teams. Saturday night we will be spending the night in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire along with friends racing on a team from the USA called Peace, Love and Crabs.
